It is very important to provide our customers with detailed information about each phase of project flow.Project is delivered in phases and common project management processes run across these phases.The exact phases, and the order in which they’re completed, may vary slightly, depending on what you need to achieve with your project.
Concept
This phase will be followed by a development of the concept, for its further promotion from PDR to FDR.
PDR
This phase will be followed by a preliminary mechanical design.
CDR
This phase will be followed by a preliminary mechanical design and include 3D models to illustrate the design.
FDR
This phase will be followed by a full mechanical design and include detailed assembly and drawings.
